AC95 Acoustic Sealant 900ml

Everflex AC95 intumescent sealant and adhesive by Everbuild is formulated for fire-rated sealing. It seals and bonds plasterboards and insulation boards for walls, ceilings and dry lining applications. Adding a couple of beads between plasterboard sheets or around repairs before skimming stops cracking.
The intumescent sealant gives you up to five hours of fire resistance and meets EN 13666-4 standards, so it won’t compromise the building’s fire compartments. It’s also acoustic rated (to meet BS EN ISO 140/3) so is ideal for use in areas where sound might escape. With +/- 5% flexibility, the sealant allows for some movement, and as the name Everflex suggests, it doesn’t lose its elastic properties with age.
The white sealant is solvent-free, and is for interior applications only. Everflex AC95 sealant and adhesive is made by Everbuild, a British brand that has been manufacturing sealant, adhesive and building chemicals for almost 30 years.
