The Hushlay 15 Soundmat is a premium three-layer acoustic floor system engineered to significantly reduce both impact and airborne noise. Its unique design combines two high-density deadening layers with a frequency-tuned resilient core, creating a robust and effective sound barrier for use in residential, commercial, and refurbishment projects.

When correctly installed, Hushlay 15 provides excellent acoustic performance over timber or concrete floor structures, achieving compliance with UK Building Regulations Part E (England & Wales), Section 5 (Scotland), and Part G (Northern Ireland) for separating floors.

  Together, they form a floating acoustic layer that isolates the floor finish from the structure, dramatically improving soundproofing performance.

For maximum results, Hushlay 15 can be used in combination with Rockwool acoustic insulation or a Underfloor batten system, creating a complete high-performance acoustic floor solution.
